General Rules:

Each sport has its own betting rules which are detailed in the section that relates to that sport.

Below are general rules that apply to all sports groups.

General Betting Rules

  1. Unless listed either in conjunction with the bet offer, or else in the Sport Specific rules, all bets should be considered valid for the result at the end of the "Regular Time" or "Full Time" only. "Regular Time" or "Full time" is defined as interpreted by the official rules published by the respective governing association. For example, in football, full time is stipulated to be 90 minutes including injury time, and in ice hockey it is stipulated as the 3 x 20 minute periods. Should the governing association decide to stipulate, before the start of the event, that the said event is to be played over a different duration, this will be treated as being the official rules for the event (for example, Under 17 football played with 2 x 40 minutes). Nonetheless, such occurrence is limited to the "regular" playing time and does not include any prolongation such as Extra Time or Overtime, unless explicitly stated. The exceptions are basketball, NFL and MLB, where Extra Time is included in the result that counts, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Special related prices may be available on some events. These will be displayed on our website. All special bets will be settled in accordance with the unique rules set for that bet.
  3. ‘Live’ or ‘In-Play’ betting is where it is possible to bet during an ongoing match or event. The Company does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if it is not possible to place a bet, or if the live score update is not correct. At all times, it is the player's responsibility to be aware of the match/events and situations surrounding it such as the current score, its progression and how much time remains before the match/event is completed. The Company does not accept any liability for changes to the live betting schedule or interruption of the live betting service.
  4. The deadline (cut-off time) shown on the website is to be treated for information purposes only. We reserve the right, at its own discretion, to suspend, partially or completely, the betting activity at any time where it deems necessary.
  5. Statistics or editorial text published on our sports betting site are to be considered as added information, but the Company does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if the information is not correct. At all times, it is the player’s responsibility to be aware about circumstances relating to an event.
  6. On some events, we may display a score for that event, or we may display team lists, or we may pass on other pertinent information such as yellow cards, red cards and so on. In all instances these displays are indicative only and customers should not rely on such information to place a bet. The Company will accept no responsibility for bets placed on these bases.
  7. The Company reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel the whole, or any part of a bet requested for any reason.
  8. In case of a clear breach of sporting rules, the company reserves the right to block the winnings and withhold payment. If an official body changes the official result within 24 hours after the event, we have the right to modify the payment in accordance with the time (already paid out winnings will be void and thereafter will be paid in accordance with the amended result).
  9. The Company reserves the right to void bets in case of obvious errors on displayed information made when placing a bet before or after the start of the event - e.g. incorrectly (reversed) setup handicap, wrong team/teams/participants, incorrect deadlines or technical errors etc. We assume no responsibility for the mentioned errors.
  10. If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.
  11. If markets remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void betting.
  12. If a match venue is changed then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed, then all bets will be voided.
  13. If the match is played on neutral ground the team listed on the left is the home team and the team listed on the right is the away team.
  14. If a reasonable suspicion exists that one or more players bet on a suspicious event, we reserve the right to refuse the bet and close the match.
  15. Related multiple bets are not permitted. Any such bets that are accepted in error will be voided. If any selection in an enhanced multiple is abandoned, postponed, cancelled or otherwise declared void, the full bet will be declared void and stake returned.
  16. For any markets that are odd/even, zero will always be considered an even number.
  17. Maximum bet amounts on all sporting events will be determined by us and are subject to change without prior written notice. The Company also reserves the right to adjust limits on individual accounts as well.
  18. All account balances and transactions appear in the currency selected when the account was originally opened.
  19. Winnings will always be calculated using Decimal Odds. Please note, that when converting odds into the Fractional standard, round-off errors may occur, since some odds don’t have an exact translation into British-style fractions. In these instances, we will show the nearest fractional odds.
  20. Bets will be settled on the official result published by the relevant governing body. If no official result of a relevant governing body is available, the result will be determined by us using information from other reliable autonomous sources.
